About the IT & Software Excellence Awards 2020/21
The European IT & Software Excellence Awards are the leading pan-European awards for MSPs, Solution Providers, Systems Integrators and their vendor and distributor partners.
Now in their 12th year, they are highly recognised within the industry and attracted more than 500 entries representing 28 countries across the UK & Europe. Major technology firms including Oracle, Datto, Acronis, Kaseya and Sophos were named amongst the winners, showcasing the high standards we were competing at.
This marks further international recognition of our status as a world-leading Managed services provider (MSP) and reinforces that our offering is it at the very top of its field.
About our award
The Managed Service Solution of the Year Award recognises excellence in the support of IT infrastructure, and provision of hosted or Cloud based IT services as opposed to an on premise based solution.
All entries in the category were required to describe a real-world client scenario with a focus on how the solution met their needs. With many decades of experience in IT between them, the judges were not only looking for a company who were able to demonstrate how these needs were met, but able to prove how service level agreements (SLA’s) are not only monitored, but guaranteed.
