Business Internet

Every single business needs the internet, but not every business makes the most of it. With over 1 billion internet users on the planet, it can be difficult to ensure a fast, consistently available internet service. Assembly’s high speed, reliable and scalable internet connectivity rises to the challenge – offering speeds from 2Mb up to 10Gb, and internet access available via Fibre/Ethernet, FTTC/FTTP & SoGEA. Even better, we have unrivalled access to a huge range of services & support with almost every Tier 1 service provider, which means we can not only design the perfect solution for your business but also deliver first class advice, support & management – just like we already do for hundreds of happy, connected clients.

SD-WAN

A Software-defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) is a virtual WAN architecture that allows enterprises to leverage any combination of transport services – including MPLS, LTE and broadband internet services – to securely connect users to applications.

SD-WAN uses a centralised control function to securely and intelligently direct traffic across the WAN. This increases application performance and delivers a high quality user experience, resulting in increased business productivity, agility and reduced costs for IT. Unlike the traditional router-centric WAN architecture, the SD-WAN model is designed to fully support applications hosted in on-premise data centres, public or private clouds, and SaaS services (such as Salesforce.com, Microsoft (Office) 365 and Dropbox), while delivering the highest levels of application performance.

Compared to MPLS, SD-WAN can be less expensive and provides higher performance protection for your network from vulnerabilities.

SIP Trunking

Session Initiation Protocol is a signalling protocol that enables Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) by defining the messages sent between endpoints and managing the actual elements of a call. SIP allows users to make voice and video calls (mostly for free) using their computers and mobiles over the internet. It is an important part of modern internet telephony that enables a rich communications experience – supporting voice calls, video conferencing, instant messaging, and media distribution.

SIP Trunking can be used to lower charges, increase resiliency and offer cost effective business continuity options, all whilst maintaining exceptional business call quality. Assembly have been installing our own SIP trunk solutions for over a decade, meaning you can achieve all of the above with a high level of confidence.

MPLS

Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) is essentially a mechanism that allows your connectivity solution to operate over a private WAN instead of the internet. As MPLS solutions have matured and costs reduced, more and more businesses are leveraging this extremely effective technology to ensure security, stability, consistency of service and a uniform user experience from anywhere in the world. Assembly have years of experience of deploying best-in-class MPLS solutions for all kinds of clients.

There is no good reason to delay getting to grips with the cloud, IT security, data management and compliance. Research shows that companies that fail to embrace digital transformation will no longer be competitive.
